Customer Service Representative
Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for providing service support to customers with regard to service calls, product orders, returns and resolving customer complaints. In addition, you will coordinate with other departments, including various management personnel, to provide customer support satisfaction. Must be willing to work various day shifts with the earliest shift starting at 7:00 a.m.
