    The Project Field Engineer Superintendent is responsible for overseeing staff on a construction site, ensuring the project is being built according to drawings/specifications, maintaining accurate daily logs, and validating project schedules. The position is based in Los Angeles, but work assignments take place anywhere in the USA. The deadline-driven Construction Field Engineer Superintendent to oversee our construction projects and to act as the link between various stakeholders. The position will lead and manage the on-site construction team/subcontractors, keep thorough daily logs, order materials, schedule deliveries, and oversee all work on site. The position will be responsible for orderliness on-site, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and ensure quality standards are met. To ensure success the Field Engineer should complete projects on time and within budget, and never compromise on safety and quality. Responsibilities: • Ensuring safety is paramount and safety procedures are incorporated and followed at all times •  Leading and managing the on-site construction team • Assisting in the development of project schedule and budget, becoming familiar with, and ensuring adherence to them • Ensuring quality standards are met • Placing orders for materials, and being responsible for equipment and materials on site •  Following the project timeline to ensure deadlines are met • Maintaining thorough records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field orders and Request For Information Qualifications: • Experience as a Construction Superintendent/Foreman/Field Engineer • B.S in; engineering, geology, environmental science, construction management, or other related fields (applicants who are in the process of getting their degree will be considered)1 • Proficient with MS Office Word, Powerpoint and Excel • Proficient with scheduling/tracking software, such as PlanGrid, MS Project, Plan Grid • Ability to interpret and build according to drawings (reading blueprints), specifications, and other documents • Excellent communication, follow up, organizational and interpersonal skills • TRAVEL EXPECTED OVER 55% OF THE TIME Compensation: $68,000 - $95,000 per year
