    ESCOBAR CONSTRUCTION is looking for a detailed oriented Administrative Assistant to be an essential part of our team and have a direct impact on our success doing Construction Management for Public Sector projects. Our main clients are the Federal Government and local Municipalities. We are a fast-growing entrepreneurial company where your contributions will be meaningful and appreciated. You will be engaged and valued, as well as compensated, and work in a dynamic, modern, and flexible environment. Most of the work can be done remotely, though you will be expected to commute to the office a couple of times a month. Responsibilities: • Work with project managers, estimators, and other team members to ensure project documentation is complete and well kept • Manage daily requests and interactions with clients, subcontractors, and team members • Request necessary information and documentation from team or other agencies in a timely manner  • Regular interactions and follow-up with federal, state, county, and local agencies   • Ensure submittals and other documentation are completed with quality • Ensure bonding and insurance needs are arranged in advance of project submittal • Ensure taxes, company registrations and certifications are up to date • Work with management to ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws • Send reminders and keep the team on track for deadlines • Assists with quality control of bid proposals (proofreading prior to submittal) and developing standards/templates • Work with an accountant to make sure reports are delivered to management on a weekly basis. • Make sure vendors are paid and invoices are collected from clients (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable) • Manage general office needs, as well as being the "go-to" person for a variety of tasks   Qualifications: • Highly organized • Attention to detail • Desire and ability to create structure and order • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively   • Ability to track multiple projects and details at the same time  • Ability to maintain composure, professionalism, and efficiency while under stress and deadlines • Enjoy working with a variety of people and agencies, and oversee tasks that require regular follow-up  • Computer savviness and a strong command of MS Office, QuickBooks Online, and Google Apps • Ability and comfort with telecommuting on a daily basis • Construction knowledge/background helpful • Bachelor's Degree highly desired Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly
