Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain after an injury or illness. Your expertise will be crucial in improving patients' quality of life and promoting their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and coordination
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes

Requirements:

• Valid NJ state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience working in a home or nursing facility setting is required
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Familiarity with patients with development disabilities is a plus
