Job Description
Manages the regional sales staff within designated territory. Directs campaigns to secure sales in new territories and industries, to realize full market potential of customers and to establish product line acceptance. Guides sales representatives and personally promotes and secures new major and important accounts.
Qualifications
Education equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree in sales/marketing, or the equivalent in related work experience.
Five or more years of successful experience in sales/telesales with a consistent proven track record of over achievement of quota expectations in a business-to-business environment; including one year of team leader or supervisory experience.
Two or more years of outbound telesales management experience is preferred including telesales management experience and success in a business-to-business environment, demonstrating the ability to successfully manage people in order to achieve performance goals.
Demonstrates good knowledge of sales automation software, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
