JOB PURPOSE
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) ensures the Company has the talent needed to fulfill its purpose and Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG). This role will partner with hiring managers and execute ESP’s “Topgrading” talent acquisition strategy to acquire “A Players” through a variety of sources, including traditional recruiting practices, social media, networking, and community outreach. After candidates are selected, the TAS will support the development and delivery of their new hire and job-specific training programs to ensure employees are engaged and on-boarded in the most effective manner. The TAS will also play a critical role in on-going talent development of the Company by leading its skill-based and leadership development curriculum.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize Topgrading systems and processes, and other Company resources, to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner with “A Players”
Support the development and delivery of new hire and job-specific training programs
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of employee on-boarding; work with hiring manager to address gaps or concerns
Lead the creation and delivery of ongoing training curriculum, including skill-based, leadership, and other identified needs
TECH SKILLS
Office 365, Human Resource Management System, Topgrading Applicant Tracking System, Learning Management System
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent from an accredited College or University and five years of related experience.
Familiarity with pressure situations and how to handle them in a professional business manner also required.
