Job Description

TITLE: PROJECT MANGER/ESTIMATOR-MILLWORK LOCATION: CHICAGO, IL DURATION OF JOB: DIRECT HIRE We are seeking skilled, motivated Project Manager/Estimatorto join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for surveying projects, estimating labor and materials costs, and communicating financial cost and project timelines to customers. You must have keen attention to detail and skills at estimating projects from a bird's-eye view in order to set our client's expectations accurately. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Around 3-5 or more years project managing and/or estimating High End, Custom, Commercial, Architectural Millwork (Or similar)
• Thorough knowledge of millwork and cabinet related materials and hardware (wood species, veneer, core material, laminate, solid surfacing functional hardware, decorative hardware, countertop materials, glass, finishes, molding, etc.)
• Proven track record of working with sales, customer service, and networking to build and support a client base
• Strong vendor relationships
• Knowledgeable with Chicagoland building codes
• The ability for in-state travel to job-sites

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
