We are a leading provider of full-service staffing and management programs for the K-12 educational market.
The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to applicants while working closely with their regional recruiter to process and hire a high volume of qualified substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff to work within ESS' client school districts.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Office located in Millburn School District
There is some travel with this position
Salary- $16 dollars an hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Staffing Support role will provide excellent customer service to applicants and partnering districts to process, hire and place a high volume of qualified substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff to work within ESS' client school districts.
The Staffing Support positions will work to cultivate high-potential candidates within their region; develop and implement a marketing plan; and build relationships with district staff and community members.
At a minimum, the Staffing Support position will support ESS to:
Source and staff for all Long Term positions submitted. Provide exceptional quality service to new applicants throughout hiring process. Move applicants through hiring pipeline in a timely manner to be able to accept assignments within our systems. Manage communication with -
Assist candidates in obtaining state and federal credentialing and clearances as well as any new hire paperwork needed. Accurately data enters tax and direct deposit information into payroll system. Place staff in short, BBS and long-term positions. Provide administrative support to regional manager and operations manager. Ensure compliance with related Federal and state employment eligibility requirements and employment laws. Works cooperatively with all members of the team; initiate and maintain excellent working relations. Setting, defining, and meeting ambitious yet realistic recruitment goals that are aligned with larger organizational objectives. Utilizing data to drive recruitment, sourcing and selection decisions to staff BBS and long terms. Providing high-quality, responsive and courteous customer service by responding promptly to e-mails, phone calls and in-person inquiries. Data entry into the portals and systems to track long term assignments. School visits as needed and set through rotation calendar built with Manager. Weekly report completed and sent to Manager and VP. Additional assigned duties as business needs call for it from RM and VP.
