Job Description

ESS MIDWEST IS LOOKING TO ADD AN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE TO OUR LOCAL OFFICE LOCATED IN PORTLAND, MI.

The position will be full-time, with weekday office hours, as well as some occasional on-site substitute enrollment meetings held in local districts, which could take place during the early evening hours at a school districts request.

REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Must be professional, honest, personable and have the highest level of personal character and integrity, and be able to work independently.

Necessary to possess the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships by delivering world-class customer service and effective, cost-saving solutions.

Required to have exceptional customer service skills with the ability to identify and resolve customer concerns, while serving as a liaison between the customer and ESS internal teams.

Our Employee Engagement Rep will coordinate and facilitate the employment process and/or sign up meetings and orientation for new hires.

Must be able to work in a demanding and challenging work environment and be able to adapt to change. Attention to detail is necessary.

Experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.) is required and previous experience with various computer programs is helpful.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must pass employment screening/background check and possess a valid driver's license.
