This is a Per Diem (as needed) LVN/LPN position.

Duties of an LVN

Recording Vital Signs in EHR.

Recoil medication check list.

Wound care if any.

Documenting patient note, change of conditions, and reporting to the MD, RN, or supervisor as directed.

Administering Medications and signing them in EMR - training will be provided.

Counting narcotics before and after your shift and signing.

If patient passes away during your shift complete form before leaving your shift.

When patient passes away during your shift call the hospice supervisor as directed.

Proper Patient Interaction Skills.

Administering Injections or Medications as ordered (as permitted by state law)

Patient Education

Answering RP questions

Compensation: $31.00 per hour plus overtime pay.
