This position calls for superior sales skills and following proven sales processes to sell new commercial policies. You’ll need to generate your own leads, but we also have about 60 to 75 leads to work on.

The job offers generous base pay and big incentives. The work is fast paced and requires focus and energy.

COMPENSATION

The hourly pay base is based on skills, education, and experience. Most people start at $35,000 per year base plus 12% commission in excess of your base on premium submitted.

QUALIFICATIONS

Sales production track record

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

Must have a heart for working with the general public

Thrives on problem solving

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years, 5 years preferred, experience in a State Farm Agency office with a documented production track record.

State of Michigan Property & Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses up to date

Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
