Taking a creative approach to events and branding solutions that leave a lasting impact is very important. We are seeking a Customer Service Sales Assistant to become an integral part of the Austin, TX team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify leads through targeted outreach, networking, and market research.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our events and branding services.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to drive brand awareness and lead generation initiatives.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales process.
• Assist in the development of tailored proposals and quotes for prospective clients.
• Actively track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in events, branding, or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of event planning, branding strategies, and industry trends is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
