ESTATES AND TRUSTS LAW FIRM – Harrison, New York.  Seeking an experienced trusts and estates attorney with 5-10 years of experience concentrating on complex estate plans with a tax background working with high net worth clients. Must know how to draft wills and complex trusts, both revocable and irrevocable and split interest trusts. Preparation of From Federal estate tax returns and Gift tax returns; Preparation of fiduciary Accounting; Prepare Probate petitions; Appearance in The Surrogate courts.
