Eureka Multifamily Group is currently seeking Maintenance Assistants for our properties located in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will perform all necessary maintenance in vacant and non-vacant apartments to ensure market-ready units are ready for move-in.The Assistant Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. They also assist the Lead Maintenance and Maintenance team with anything necessary to ensure that heating and plumbing systems perform at optimum functionality, the installations HVAC and, the upkeep of the landscape.
