Job Summary:
The Operations Training Specialist is responsible for assisting in the oversight, training, management, and direction of the corporate operating systems for the Eureka Multifamily Group, LP portfolio of assets under the direction and supervision of the Corporate Operations Manager. Systems include RealPage Management Operating System, Avid, Leasing and Rents Systems and more. The Operations Training Specialist is a key member of the corporate team with the responsibility to support the changing business requirements and associated systems/processes for the Market Rate Division (11 properties, 5,600 units) and Affordable Division (23 properties, 3,800 units) in our multifamily business operations.
