    Job Summary:

    The Operations Training Specialist is responsible for assisting in the oversight, training, management, and direction of the corporate operating systems for the Eureka Multifamily Group, LP portfolio of assets under the direction and supervision of the Corporate Operations Manager. Systems include RealPage Management Operating System, Avid, Leasing and Rents Systems and more. The Operations Training Specialist is a key member of the corporate team with the responsibility to support the changing business requirements and associated systems/processes for the Market Rate Division (11 properties, 5,600 units) and Affordable Division (23 properties, 3,800 units) in our multifamily business operations.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Assist in creating best practices and general training reminders including available RealPage training resources.
    • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
    • Assist in process creation and implementation for internal management processes and procedures related to the existing management systems.
    • Create and maintain a centralized, SharePoint documents library for training, common issues, and RealPage one-off resolutions.
    • Facilitate and track all RealPage products from conception to authorization.
    • Assist / support operations staff with questions / requests regarding root cause of issues and recommend solutions.
    • Contribute to training strategy & initiatives by executing on training projects and assignments to drive business goals and objectives.
    • Provide support for course development efforts, including product research, providing subject matter expertise, exercise development and testing.
    • Formulate training outlines and determine instructional methods based on the training needs and objectives.
    • Other duties assigned.

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

    • Knowledge of RealPage, One Site and Avid, or similar systems preferred.
    • Ability to establish, implement and maintain operating goals and objectives.
    • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
    • Ability to identify end user needs, analyze and logically organize complex concepts, and accurately transform information into professional, engaging, and effective content.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to travel.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • Undergraduate Degree Preferred.
    • 2+ years of relevant training experience preferred.
    • Superior communication with the ability to work cross-functionally and within a virtual work environment.
    • Analytical reasoning ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
