We have 7 locations in the middle Tennessee area (and growing!) who are all looking for rockstar Automotive Technicians! You will be a great fit if you are capable of addressing customer concerns, can perform thorough safety and maintenance inspections, can perform accurate diagnosis of vehicles, and provide quality repairs and service.

Our Automotive Technicians get to experience numerous brands and various design differences. We offer full repairs from engine and transmission exchanges to regular maintenance and alignments. Our technicians have access to up-to-date programs and tools so you can get cars fixed right the first time! What are we looking for?

Accurately Completing Services and Repairs on Customer’s Vehicles: Technicians are expected to be experts in their craft and are expected to complete services and repairs with excellence, integrity, precision, and extreme care.

Partner with Office Staff to Deliver on Company Sales Goals with Integrity: Technicians are expected to inspect each vehicle and quote any needed repairs and services to each customer. At times, technicians will be asked to work directly with customers to explain the condition of the vehicle and answer questions the customer may have about their needed services or repairs

Quality Control: Perform Quality Control for fellow technicians and cleaning on vehicles if General Service Tech is unable, all in accordance with company procedures.

Cleaning & Prep: Assist in keeping the shop area clean, safe, free of debris and other hazards.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

At least 5 years of automotive technician experience

Must be a team player and have a professional attitude - culture is everything!

Must own your own tools (we provide specialty tools)

Strong work ethic with a willingness to adapt and learn
