The EUT Specialist provides first-level IT support to internal users, helps configure and deploy IT equipment and software, and monitors for system alerts and outages. This role supports desktops, laptops, peripherals, and standard organizational applications.
Key Responsibilities
Provide basic troubleshooting for computers and supported applications.
Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and related equipment.
Process user access and permission requests.
Monitor server, storage, and network alerts in coordination with IT engineers.
Maintain accurate help desk tickets and support documentation.
Ensure security tools (e.g., antivirus, firewalls) are up to date and functioning.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; IT-related post-secondary degree preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant IT support experience.
Skills & Abilities
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with TCP/IP networking concepts.
