Responsibilities:

\- Cold call and prospect multifamily, hotel, and office properties for new installs and rip-and-replace opportunities.

\- Build strong networking relationships within property portfolios.

\- Use CRM and similar tools for lead sourcing and scheduling site visits.

Qualifications:

\- Personable, driven, and strong at relationship building.

\- Hustle mentality with proactive outreach habits.

\- Confidence in cold calling and territory management.

\- Sales experience preferred but not required.
