Design and develop state of the art Electronic Chassis Systems, and their interactions with Powertrain and ADAS, covering a variety of engineering tasks
RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:
Define and manage software and controls requirements for Chassis systems, through the design and validation phases
Collaborate with the Vehicle Dynamics team to ensure vehicle performance targets are met
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of software and relevant documentation
Maintain Design Verification Plan (DVP), support development of test cases and coordinate execution of verification tests throughout program milestones
Support the definition of Functional Safety deliverables and Failure Mode Analysis
Maintain system architecture and interfaces with ADAS and Powertrain, ensuring integration of Chassis systems with other Vehicle controllers, and compatibility with Network design
Support the definition of Diagnostic DTC's, service routines, bootloader specifications
Provide technical inputs to the legal and homologation teams
Support vehicle activities including testing, data logging, and feature calibration
Conduct issue investigation
