Job Description
THE POSITION:
The Material Handler V is expected to meet volume and accuracy expectations for controlled drug order receipt and fulfillment as it pertains to the correct NDC, lot and quantity for each item on the order. The Material Handler V is also expected to fully follow all applicable standard operating procedures, and to over-pack each order per the pertinent standard operating procedure. The Material Handler V is also responsible for following all quality control and inventory control SOPs related to quarantine release, cycle counting, physical inventory and other controlled substance-related functions as assigned. The Material Handler IV must satisfactorily complete all EVERSANA, DEA and FDA screening and background checks.
