    Job Description

    THE POSITION:

    To maintain ongoing administration of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and drive new enhancements, we are seeking an experienced CLM Product Owner/Admin.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

    • 5+ years of experience in Planning, Design, build and implementation of DocuSign CLM Form Templates, workflows, and integrations (Salesforce and D365).
    • Understands and follows the software development methodology (modified waterfall, Agile) and various IT processes.
    • Lead the implementation of the DocuSign CLM platform, working closely with IT teams and external vendors if necessary.
    • Maintain DocuSign CLM Templates and workflows, proactively identify workflow issues, troubleshoot and/or escalate to the appropriate DocuSign CLM team member that needs to be aware of the issue.
    • Implement data fields, clauses, and variables to facilitate contract creation and customization.
    • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert to all DocuSign CLM administrators/super users/users to enable them for training, data requests, dashboards, and reporting.
    • Know when a matter needs to be escalated to DocuSign.
    • Document and maintain processes, governance of solutions, master mapping of CLM components/attributes, Communication and standards and drive best practices across business units.
    • Maintain internal and external tools (DevOps, ServiceNow, SharePoint etc) to streamline business processes and enhance productivity.
    • Experience with Document/Notice Generation and Digital / Electronic Signature processes using DocuSign CLM (Spring CM)
    • Schedule, facilitate and attend all project meetings on time and share meeting notes.
    • Serve as a liaison between business and Salesforce, IT, D365 and other involved teams to drive standard approach to technical design.
    • Ability to collaborate with team members to design, build and implement technology solutions (such as DocuSign CLM, Salesforce, and integrations)
    • Liaise with DocuSign CLM vendor support for technical assistance, issue resolution, and escalations.
    • Build test scripts, documentation, and verification of processes for internal team and end users to coordinate User Acceptance testing.
    • Determine business reporting requirements and develop required reports in conjunction with Salesforce.com Delegated Administrator.
    • Collaborate with Salesforce CoE Lead to ensure application is in "good health.”
    • All other duties as assigned to support the overall EVERSANA Contract Lifecycle Management process administration for successful system deployment, best practices / manage multiple lower environments and on-demand support.
    • Prepare monthly score card and
    • User audits

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    • 5+ years of DocuSign CLM (Spring CM) experience
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to lead meetings with various constituents and drive to consensus and resolution of questions/issues.
    • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent work experience) required - information systems or business administration
    • Customer-focused, "do what it takes" attitude
    • Licenses/Certificates Docusign CLM, Salesforce
    • Technology/Equipment - PC

    EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $91,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
