    Job Description

    Our Consultant’s are individual contributors on consulting projects and are responsible for conducting secondary and primary research and creating high-quality project materials. Expectations include the ability to structure/complete individual project tasks on time, develop action-oriented, data-driven solutions and communicate proactively with team members and senior leadership.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supports the overall cross-functional management of projects at both the client organization as well as internally at EVERSANA.
    • Conducts targeted secondary (e.g., analytically, and scientifically based) and primary (e.g., physicians, payers, and patients) market research.
    • Consolidates complex industry, market, client portfolio and product data in a clear, comprehensive manner to demonstrate a strategic and systematic decision-making approach.
    • Demonstrates strong project skills through the proactive management of individual project responsibilities to ensure objectives, milestones and timelines are met efficiently/effectively.
    • Prepares for and attends client engagement meetings with project leadership; may take meeting minutes and provide project support. Maintains project document control.
    • Client engagement: the ability to ask the proper questions to gather information needed to provide exceptional service.
    • Serves as a content knowledge expert based on data analysis, findings, and industry best practices to make client recommendations.
    • Creates high-quality PowerPoint slides quickly, effectively, and autonomously to tell the “story” behind the recommendations.

    Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree in business, economics or life science (highly preferred)
    • Minimum 2 years experience in life science consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work
    • Experience in research and data analysis (e.g., organization of sources, data processing, analysis, and quality checking accuracy for pre-defined problems)
    • Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail

    EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $97,000 to $136,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
