    Job Description

    This role is part of EVERSANA’s “Market Access NAM Team" and will be dedicated to supporting SQ Innovation, Inc. (SQI)., a privately held biopharmaceutical company established in 2019 to develop and commercialize innovative cost-effective therapies based on subcutaneous delivery of pharmaceutical products.

    The IDN Customer Operations Success Manager (COS): is responsible for working with the Systems of Care (SOC) team and the IDN customers to redesign their heart-failure treatment workflow to include LASIX® SQF(LSQF). They will collaborate with the SOC team to develop and execute strategic target account business plans to assure product availability at defined National and Regional IDNs, their distributors/GPOs/ specialty pharmacy distributors/specialty pharmacies.

    The COS manager(s) will work in collaboration with EVERSANA's Head of US Market Access Field team, the SOC leadership team and the SQI leadership team to drive IDN understanding and use of LSQF product accessibility and long-term success of SQI’s products. The COS Manager is responsible for a strategic engagement approach at assigned national and regional targeted SQI accounts throughout the US. He or she, in conjunction with SQI brand leadership, will identify opportunities and evolving trends that create mutually beneficial collaborations where product access increases and quality of care improves.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Have familiarity with hospital ordering systems and pharmacy distribution within a health system
    • Responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with target IDNs, during change management and implementation phase.
    • Partner with SOC team and coordinate all IDN activities.
    • Facilitate integration/follow-up with cross-functional team members to address legal and financial requirements within target IDNs.
    • Track and report progress in heart-failure treatment workflow re-design, to SQI leadership team and SOC team.
    • Partner with supply chain and manufacturing to support successful implementation of LSQF in the IDN HF treatment workflow.
    • Attend regular strategy meetings with SQI and EVERSANA stakeholders to ensure strong working relationships and timely information exchange.
    • Collaborate with other SQI/ EVERSANA functional areas as appropriate (manufacturing, marketing, quality, regulatory, finance, legal, etc.) to address supply opportunities or challenges.
    • Continue to maintain a complete understanding of business, challenges, and demands to create a long-term relationship and drive customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and maintain systems, communication pathways, and tools to ensure trade and distribution strategy and tactics support SQI and EVERSANA objectives.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

    • A minimum of a B.A/B.S. required; MBA or other related advanced degree strongly preferred in business or healthcare.
    • A minimum 5-7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech device experience working with IDNs, distributors, GPO, 3PL, specialty pharmacy, and specialty distributors along with a strong understanding of typical functions and procedures, trade processes, and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
    • Experience in workflow design and working with stakeholders to improve/redesign treatment workflows.
    • Track record of solution design within the IDN environment and working with IDN stakeholders.
    • In-depth knowledge of current trends in regulation, contracting, and reimbursement
    • Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment along with demonstrated integrity on the job.
    • Outstanding customer relationship, interpersonal, and communication skills with the established ability to effectively work with diverse audiences and influence cross functionally.
    • Strong vendor management and project management skills and abilities
    • Strong interpersonal skills including ability to communicate effectively with people individually and in groups with an ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts to establish and maintain effective relationships across departments.
    • Proven track record of understanding and designing processes/workflows that are critical to business performance.
    • Demonstrated being able to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects at one time.
    • Self-motivated, high degree of initiative, high achievement, and superb attention to detail
    • Experience working with Senior Level executives in a corporate environment.
    • Strong verbal communications skills and demonstrated ability to write clearly and persuasively.
    • Strong analytical skills with the proven ability to effectively analyze data to determine trends and inform strategy.
    • Comfortable managing multiple projects and delivering strong results.
    • High interest in working in the “roll up the sleeves” environment of a small startup life science companies, as well as mid and large established pharmaceutical company partners.
    • This is a field-based position that will require significant travel – typically 50% depending on customer requirements, meetings, and required training.
    • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer without the need for sponsorship.

    EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $210,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
