    Job Description

    WHAT DOES AN ENGAGMENT MANAGER DO?

    The Engagement Manager role is a critical position that sits at the intersection of technology and strategy and the enterprise and the brand with the goal of connecting dots across the marketing continuum to drive partner orchestration and collaboration while ensuring all stakeholders have a unified vision for the customer journeys we are executing. This role integrates into the brand and partner landscape to drive activation of omnichannel strategies against technology capabilities. In partnership with the Project Manager/scrum master, this role is charged with managing work intake from brand partners, setting delivery expectations, managing internal teams to ensure delivery against these expectations and is the primary client contact for communicating across the partner landscape around day-to-day executional activities.

    The Engagement Manager serves as the internal voice of the brand teams, co-owning executional workflows with the PMO, and is collectively responsible for executional excellence from creation of comprehensive project plans through approval and launch of technology capabilities, campaigns and assets.

    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
    • Three to five years of experience in client services, omnichannel marketing, technology implementation, pharmaceutical brand marketing and advertising
    • Self-sufficient project leader who owns projects and integrates themselves into the brand and partner ecosystem to establish the modern marketing framework in support of established workflows, educates partners and aligns all stakeholders around the customer journey
    • Day-to-day lead; primary channel for communication across all day-to-day partners
    • Develops day-to-day client relationships and is comfortable engaging with mid-level clients
    • Leads client input briefings and client reviews, with oversight, to ensure alignment and adherence to project timelines
    • Authors SOWs and project briefs
    • This role pulls through organic opportunities through new scopes throughout the year as a natural result of their close-knit client relationship
    • Captures, owns and communicates brand business and strategic requirements
    • Identifies day-to-day project conflict and risk to escalate weekly to CET teams
    • Fully accountable for on-time and on-budget delivery, financial tracking and on-schedule invoicing
    • Collaboration on client specific attack plans with the Customer Engagement Team to identify client revenue forecasts and define the business development strategies

    Department Specific Skills

    • Understanding of technology platform capabilities, managed services models, status of implementation, modern marketing and general knowledge of brand
    • Business requirements gathering in support of technology stand-ups
    • Support campaign execution from strategy to final delivery and ensure brand teams are leveraging the full platform capabilities
    • Knowledge of marketing and sales enablement platforms: Salesforce, Adobe, Veeva
    • Experience with omnichannel planning process
    • Impact direction of brand campaigns through an understanding of an individual brand’s business goals for both HCP & consumer
    • Internal financial management/tracking experience
    • Subject matter expertise around client policies and process
    • Periodic travel and onsite stints are required for this position

    • This person must be a lateral thinker who can manage and connect interdependent timelines while orchestrating partners at a program level
    • Ability to digest work requests, activate the right resources, set expectations and deliver against them
    • Experience with brand strategy and engaging with brand leads and agencies of record
    • An independent researcher who is willing to learn on the fly and dig into new concepts and technologies
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to put together PowerPoint stories to sell ideas or create a common understanding around project requirements
    • Collaborative, organized and adaptable while adeptly working across a wide array of project types in an innovative space where we do a lot of firsts
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Ability to translate client requests into specific action items for internal teams

    EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $111,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
