JOB DESCRIPTION: OPERATIONS MANAGER
National Service Provider for large corporate restaurant and retail chains. This is a 24/7 business with employees and subcontractor partners located throughout the Unites States. Our Operations Manager position is a critical role. You will oversee our entire team and be a part of company growth. We are looking for someone that loves to develop a team and lead through others. As Operations Manager, you will focus on team performance and operations including material and supply costs, labor efficiencies and client satisfaction. This role lays the foundation for high performing team members and exceeding company goals. The Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining the overall success of day to day operations by managing project statuses, project timelines, prioritizing urgent projects, and maintaining all incoming critical information.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• 24/7 Availability and Responsiveness
• Assemble and analyze data to look at trends and find problems
• Ensure that company policies are followed
• Optimize business workflows
• Assist with creating new company policies and processes
• Create a sustainable supply chain
• Reduce costs
• Monitor employee production and satisfaction
• Set team and individual goals
• Oversees and manages the day to day operations including purchasing, warehouse management, project scheduling, onboarding of subcontractors, on-boarding of in-house personnel, job completion packages and invoicing functions.
• Works with Operations team alongside Account Managers, Project Managers, and support staff to ensure scheduled surveys, project timelines, important customer dates and internal due dates are met in line with company’s goals and expectations.
• Holds meetings/calls as necessary with Operations team to review and assign daily to do’s and important timelines.
• Must be able to perform and assist as necessary with any role related to Operations within organization
• Responsible for daily audit of open work orders and quotes to ensure internal timelines are being met or exceeded as per company goals and expectations.
• Collaborates closely with Account Managers, Project Managers, and support staff regarding customer communications for any items that may fall short of company or customer expectations.
• Oversees all scheduling functions in conjunction with Account Managers, Project Managers, and support staff
• Coordinates and manages weekly scheduling conference meetings/calls.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• You understand the business. You have at least one year of experience as a multi-unit manager and 4 years of service, facilities, or construction management experience.

• Experience working in an ISO environment
• Ability to identify weak spots in a process to improve efficiency
• Great planning and project management skills
• Ability to lead others and work in a fast-paced environment
• Masters in Supply Chain or MBA (Preferred but not required)
• Excellent technical skills, including using computers, the Internet and file sharing required.
• Strong personal management skills,
• Highly organized and solution driven mentality.
