Job Description and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Workday and Kronos Payroll Specialist to join our team. As the successful incumbent, you will report to the department Director and can choose to either work a hybrid schedule, if located outside of Chicago, Illinois, OR work 100% remotely within USA.

Process CAD bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls (Employee input/changes, processing special payments, balance/reconcile gross pay etc.)
Complete all Finance and HR reporting
Maintain and audit timecards, extract hours, and enter historical edits in Kronos
Process relocation payments with our relocation provider
Responsible for wage requests and YTD reconciliations
Process miscellaneous Payroll tasks: repayments, pay adjustment calculations, etc.
Provide recommendations for process improvements
Requirements
Must have Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Human Resources
Possess 2 to 5 years' experience processing full cycle US, Canadian and union payroll
Must have demonstrated proficiency with Workday Payroll module, and Kronos
Must be proactive, customer oriented, flexible and agile
100% remote position if located outside of Chicago, Illinois
