Job Summary
In the role of RMLS System Tester, you will perform RMLS test activities for the Automation Maintenance Management System (AMMS) project, communicating with team members using the agile software development and test methodology.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with agile team for the development of test scenarios/scripts
Interact with agile team and field users to understand product requirements
Execute manual tests, and/or automated tests as required and analyze test results on impacts, errors or bugs, and usability
Assist in developing/running automated test scripts
Prepare reports on all aspects related to the software testing executed
Generate/maintain project artifacts as required
Provide RMLS product field support and attend/lead meetings, reviews, etc.
Qualifications:
B.S. of Computer Science, Math, or related technical field and seven (7) years of related work experience with computer science or math OR
Master’s Degree in any field and five (5) years of related work experience in computer science or math
Technical Proficiencies:
Experience writing/automating test scenarios/scripts, executing and evaluating tests and reporting results
Client/server-based applications hosted on enterprise systems, including Windows
Oracle v11 or higher database in replicated environment
Validating web applications across different browsers and platforms
Ability to learn new software applications quickly, mostly through review of User’s Guides
Familiar with agile software development and test methodology and agile team environment
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and good customer relations
Desired:
Software programming (JAVA, C#)
Software test automation (Selenium, Appium, Jenkins)
Web development (CSS, HTML)
Database developer background (Oracle/SQL)
