Job Description

EWI WORLDWIDE is seeking an experienced ACCOUNT MANAGER/PROGRAM MANAGER with a strong background in the Trade Show Industry for its Dearborn Michigan Facility.  This will be a hybrid role with the expectation that you will be in the office a few days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with Clients to coordinate and manage design, construction, delivery, and execution for trade show and events.
• Inventory Management
• Create pre-show and post show event decks.
• Interface with OEM Regional personnel as needed to facilitate Show content graphics and floorplans.
• Write and/or review proposal requests and work orders.
• Interface with other internal company Divisions and Departments to insure successful delivery of projects
• Communicate with set-up and warehouse personnel to insure successful execution of projects.
• Communicate, both verbal and written, with OEM personnel
• Track progress on proposals and work orders
• Verification of project costs for accuracy
• Attend meetings and work with account executives, designers, project managers and others as needed to ensure a quality product.
• Have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must be able to perform to tight deadlines and budget constraints.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years experience in the Trade Show/Exhibit Industry
• Ability to interact with C-Suite
• Sense of Urgency to responds promptly to customer needs
• Ability to listen carefully and communicate clearly.
• Open to new ideas and differing points of view
• Ability be accurate and thorough in the midst of ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills.
• MUST have a Sense of Humor
• Willingness to travel to shows up to 25%
