    Job Description

    Lehigh Valley, PA based environmental services company is seeking to expand it's opportunities and is looking for QUALITY, EXPERIENCED AND ENERGETIC SALES REPRESENTATIVES. The company is a premier provider of environmental remediation services throughout the Mid Atlantic region and beyond. This is an outside sales position that will target a specific list of clients and prospects.

    The position will be responsible for sales of company service lines with a strong emphasis on ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION SERVICES. Other organization service lines include Lab Pack Services, Transportation and Disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes and Emergency Response services.

    Ideal candidate will have a MINIMUM 5 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE in selling this type of service. Candidates must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently to accomplish sales objectives.

    DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS:

    This position is an outside sales position focusing on customers and prospects within EWMI’s service area and beyond.

    This position requires the individual to manage a multitude of responsibilities, and tasks all oriented towards maintaining existing clients as well as attracting and obtaining new clients.

    Job functions include cold calling, setting appointments, and visiting clients face to face.

    You are expected to know the environmental business and terminology and regulations in order for you to perform your job successfully.

    Remedial Sales includes calling on industry engineering firms, environmental consultants, Fortune 500 companies, contractors and developers.

    EWMI bases individual success on your “behavior’’ as well as sales revenue results.

    EWMI believes that following behavioral expectations will result in meeting revenue goals. It is expected that 80% of sales time will be devoted to these top five priorities.

    • Cold calling for new business. 15%
    • Face-to-Face meetings with new and existing prospects and clients. 25%
    • Follow up on client files as needed to fulfill desired results. 15%
    • Communication between clients and estimating/sales management. 10%
    • Putting together proposal to deliver on time to clients. 15%

    COMPENSATION:

    Compensation is based on your current knowledge of the industry and the knowledge and skills required of this position, taking into consideration the territory and existing client base.

    New Sales Representatives are placed on a protected salary for the first 12 months of employment.

    After the first 12 months, compensation will be solely earned based on EWMI’s commission plan. This is a 100% commission plan, which is paid through a bi-weekly draw.

    EWMI will provide you with all appropriate tools, as determined by management, to perform the functions of an outside Sales Representative. These include a corporate card, a gas card, laptop computer and business expense account. EWMI will provide a car allowance for business purposes.
