A driven, experienced entrepreneurial self-starter extremely passionate about the public markets, who enjoys reading about the markets, and absorbing sizable volumes of information, knowing what information to consume and what information to ignore. Thinking independently, critically, and employ a healthy level of skepticism about the constant "noise" in the markets. A team player who enjoys sharing ideas without allowing their ego to override sound decisions. Sharing the responsibility of having a direct and critical impact on our strategies' ongoing development, work independently where possible, and be willing to ask for help when needed, brainstorm new ideas to optimize our strategy, and make a difference continuously.

· Research companies, create investment theses and confidently present them to the Portfolio Manager

· Coherently explain your market views and how they will impact our strategy

· Be aware of the latest market and industry (domestic and international) news relating to hedge funds

· Be able to conclude a precise view based on macro/micro economies forces

· Have a keen eye to details and good presentation skills

· Apply effective strategies and techniques to help increase the fund's value

· Research the market values of funds in the domestic and international market

· Use statistical software to help your decisions

· Identify potential risks and take initiatives to reduce risk and enhance the efficiency of our fund

· Maintain ethical standards while dealing with your colleagues

· Working knowledge experience in the hedge fund industry

· Ability to assess potential risk factors timely and take remedial measures

· Excellent research skills and knowledge to use the findings in the right place

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to think analytically and make quick decisions
