    Job Summary : As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with referring physicians, medical practices, and healthcare professionals. Your primary goal is to increase patient referrals to our healthcare facility by promoting our services, fostering collaboration, and addressing the needs of our referring partners. You will serve as a vital link between the referring physicians and our medical team, working to enhance the overall patient experience.

    Essential Functions :

    Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with referring physicians, medical, practices, and other healthcare stakeholders in the community.

    Educational Outreach: Provide information and educational materials to referring physicians about our services, specialties, and the latest advancements in healthcare.

    Identify Opportunities: Continuously identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with referring physicians to increase patient referrals.

    Problem Resolution: Act as a liaison between referring physicians and our healthcare facility to address any concerns, issues, or feedback, ensuring a smooth referral process.

    Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and the healthcare landscape to identify potential growth areas and strategies.

    Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, referral sources, and outcomes to track progress and performance.

    Collaboration: Work closely with our medical team, marketing department, and other relevant departments to develop and implement referral strategies.

    Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from referring physicians to continuously improve our services and meet their needs.

    Compliance: Ensure all interactions and communications with referring physicians adhere to relevant healthcare laws and regulations.

    Additional Responsibilities :

    • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
    • Conforms to all applicable Agency policies and procedures.
    • Participates actively in continuing education and in-services.
    • Maintains confidentiality of patient information and business trade practices
    • Assumes accountability for reporting incidents and complaints according to Agency policy.

    • Keeps abreast of changes in health care law.
    • Maintains Agency/program compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as state accreditation standards.

    Additional Requirement s:

    • Minimum Position Qualifications: List the minimum qualifications required for this position:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration, Business, or Marketing preferred).
    • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical terminology.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations.

    Preferred Position Qualifications : Previous experience in a healthcare-related role or physician liaison role is preferred but not mandatory.

    Environmental Conditions: Moderate noise level; tasks may involve exposure to bloodborne pathogens; moderate stress and emotional demands.
