    Our housekeepers are responsible for the exceptional quality and cleanliness of our rooms and they work hard to maintain our quality standards every day. We have great systems that support our housekeepers and assist everyone to achieve exceptional results. Our systems and hands-on teams and managers have led our hotels to be ranked in the top 5% nationally for quality and guest satisfaction for over fifteen years. Our housekeepers are the most important part of our success and we value their hard work and contributions. We offer some flexibility in schedule, typically rotating weekend and holiday work among employees. We also provide a great work environment and the supplies you need to do your job well. Responsibilities: • Cleaning hotel rooms and common areas to meet extremely high standards of the company. • Stock carts with guest room supplies as needed. • Being a team player and help others when needed. • Paying attention to details. • Working quickly and efficiently alone and with others. • Meeting/exceeding exceptionally high standards to win our national awards. • Follow Lost & Found procedures. • Doing whatever it takes to make the hotel have exceptional guest experiences. • Have a keen eye for detail to ensure rooms are super clean. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years consistent employment experience. • Eye for details and love of cleaning. • Desire to positively impact people's day. • Ability to work quickly and efficiently alone and with others. • Desire to meet/exceed exceptionally high standards to win our national awards. • Ability to work with a positive team-player attitude. • High degree of self-motivation. • Have passion and integrity to perform the job. • Capacity to do whatever it takes to make the hotel have exceptional guest experiences. • Have flexibility with schedule to include working some weekends and holidays. Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
