THE ROLE
We are seeking a hands-on Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations at a select-service Hilton Garden Inn.
This is a working leadership role — not just oversight.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations
- Manage room attendants and housekeeping staff
- Ensure guest rooms meet Hilton brand standards
- Manage schedules, productivity, and labor
- Maintain cleanliness across all public spaces
- Handle inspections and quality control
WHAT WE NEED
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lead a small team and drive accountability
- Hands-on approach — visible on the floor
- Experience managing daily room turnover

- Prior housekeeping leadership experience (hotel preferred)
- Ability to work weekends/holidays
- Strong organizational and communication skills
