    POSITION TITLE: Assistant, Liaison Services Department

    PAY STATUS: Non-exempt

    SUPERVISES: N/A

    PAY RANGE: $52,000 - $56,160

    Significant Duties:

    Assist in completing daily tasks delegated and prioritized by the Director and Manager of the department

    Conduct daily follow ups on pending items/tasks assigned by Manager of Department

    Interface between company and outside organization(s) to successfully obtain all permits required for commercial construction projects

    Consult with Director and Manager of Department on keeping relevant details current on each assigned/pending task

    Efficiently submit permit-specific applications, plans, and submittal packages to cities to be processed for plan check and approval

    Keep track and record that all licenses, certificates of insurance, and authorization letters are up to date and addressed to proper authority at time needed

    Follow all guidelines per city to streamline processes and expedite approval

    Communicate effectively with subcontractors in obtaining all documents needed in order to sign, pay, and pull permits on behalf of their company/organization

    Coordinate with every involved team member to keep apprised of any revisions in project scope until permit issuance

    Follow up with cities on plan check status until approved

    Provide frequent updates of permit process to all affiliates

    Keep all records of invoices and receipt of payments filed and organized by date and entity

    Order KNOX boxes per superintendents’ direction and project requirements, ensure they are on time

    Communicate with warehouse team for efficient delivery of any incoming items I am involved in with ordering process, printing of plans, permits, and miscellaneous documents per superintendent/PM direction

    Fiscally responsible for company Permit Account checkbook and VISA activity to be reported on time to AP for billing purposes

    Responsible for completing NorCal division duties involving permits and documents needed for owners and/or NorCal Fullmer team to successfully obtain permits

    Any tasks assigned and directed by the Manager and Director of Department
