    Front Desk Receptionist- Part-Time- Multiple Locations Are you a talented multitasker who loves interacting with people? We’re looking for a positive and professional receptionist to be the face of our local business. You’ll be the face of our branch location to do things like welcoming visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answering phone calls and emails, sorting and delivering mail, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and assisting us with other operations as needed. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a strong work ethic who is interested in a meaningful role on a supportive team. While alleviating communications to and from the operations team. We are looking to fill multiple positions, Monday through Friday 8:45 - 2:00 PM! If this sounds like you, apply today! Responsibilities: • Manage incoming and outgoing mail/handle deliveries • Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions • Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information • Be the face of the office, creating a welcoming experience for our customers • Keeping the office clean and well-stocked • Communicating directly with our operations team Qualifications: • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. • Comfortable with manageable systems like phones and google drive. • Communicates well, both verbally and written. • Problem-solving capabilities. • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills. • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred. • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills. • Enjoys connecting with people. • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations. • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent. • CANNOT HOLD A REAL ESTATE LICENSE WITH THIS ROLE. Compensation: $12 hourly
