Position: All-Around Construction Worker – Custom Home Construction

Location: Buckhannon, WV Type: Full Time Pay: Competitive, based on experience Start Date: ASAP

What We’re Looking For

A true all-around builder who has hands-on experience in most or all of the following:

Site prep, layout, and foundation work

Framing (walls, floors, trusses, roof systems)

Interior & exterior carpentry

Drywall installation & finishing

Doors, windows, siding

Flooring installation

Basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge (not required to be licensed but must be comfortable assisting trades)

Finish work: trim, cabinetry, hardware, fixtures

Ability to read blueprints and build to spec

Ability to operate standard construction equipment & tools safely

Requirements

5+ years of full-scope residential construction experience

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Must have reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year-round

Clean, professional, and dependable
