✅ What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or GED

Clean & valid driver’s license

21 years of age or older

Reliable transportation

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable with ladders, crawl spaces, and roofs

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions

High level of professionalism and customer communication

Basic math skills (square footage knowledge is a plus!)

Prior experience in exterior cleaning

Experience pulling and backing a trailer
