We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and flexible Preschool Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team.

A minimum of 2 years of classroom experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting is REQUIRED.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of childcare/preschool classroom experience – REQUIRED

Strong classroom management skills

Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices

Ability to establish consistent classroom routines and expectations

Professional and dependable

Strong communication skills with children, families, coworkers, and administration

A genuine team player who is willing to help where needed

Flexible and comfortable working with different preschool age groups when necessary

Able to accept feedback, coaching, and direction professionally

Willing to mentor and support less-experienced coworkers when appropriate

Comfortable working in a busy, changing, and sometimes challenging environment

Someone who sees challenges as opportunities to help improve the classroom and school rather than becoming discouraged by them

Familiarity with Texas Child Care Minimum Standards preferred

CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to complete required certification
