JOB SUMMARY
The Support Clerk provides various critical administrative support to the corporation, primarily within the financial and HR domains.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reconcile and verify invoices.
Support HR on- and off-boarding.
Manage and distribute mail.
Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
Occasionally answering phones and other miscellaneous administrative assignments, as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years of serious experience in accounts payable, particularly reconciling and verifying invoices and statements.
Dependable and reliable.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Superior attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient on the Google platform (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
