Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. In this position, you will interpret blueprints and drawings to accurately weld structural components and parts. This is an integral part of the construction process, as it provides a strong infrastructure foundation. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with great attention to detail and proven experience as a Welder and more importantly fabrication.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to product specifications

Plan layout and measurements of structural components

Interpret requirements to select the most appropriate welding equipment for the job

Operate angle grinders, calipers, rulers, and other hand and power tools

Use manual and semi-automatic welding equipment

CUSTOM FABRICATION IN TIG and MIG

Qualifications

Previous experience in Welding, manufacturing, or other related fields.

Familiarity with all metals, stainless steel, steel, aluminum, bronze, copper and others

Professional Certification (AWS welding certificate) is preferred

Experience with a variety of welding equipment and tools

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents and drawings

Understanding of all health and safety guidelines

Attention to detail

Ability to handle physical workload

Creative abilities a plus, troubleshooting experience and leadership abilities

Team player, problem solver and expeditious in fabrication with quality work.
