EXPERT PLUMBER

As our Professional Plumber, you will oversee scheduled Plumbing Service Calls coming in from our Call Center. You will be responsible for managing materials, labor, and production of Multi Family, Residential and Commercial Plumbing emergency and/or install service calls.

Some Essential Functions:

Service Calls: Customer Communication planning and development.

Develop onsite planning to streamline material, possible part delivery, equipment usage, and time after Customer Approval.

Assign clear scope of work and responsibilities.

Monitor schedule, maintain meticulous records, ensure consistent quality of work.

Always prioritize jobsite safety compliance.

Attend weekly Staff meetings in office.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Working Conditions:

· Strong knowledge and experience related to scheduling, material lead times, product

knowledge, and installation durations.

· Solid understanding of the City/County codes and installation methods.

· Proficiency in Service Titan Program.

· Basic understanding of workforce productivity and resource planning.

· Effective communication and organizational skills.

· Reliable attendance, punctual.

· Professional, positive attitude, and team oriented.

· Take pride in your work!

· On site working conditions, you must have the ability to continually stand, lift/carry heavy

objects, climb ladders, work in variable conditions such as extreme temperatures, with noise, dust, mud debris, etc.

Qualifications and Experience:

· 5 -years Plumbing and Drain Experience required.

· Valid driver license, clean driving record

· Pass Drug Test
