The Sales Manager will drive the achievement of stated goals and assure total program success through motivation, coaching and development of a TOP PERFORMING sales team. 

The Sales Manager will recruit, hire and train their dedicated team of Design Consultants. 

The Sales Manager is to be a direct representative capable of making sound decisions on behalf of Express Flooring. 

The Sales Manager must possess good administrative, public relations and sales skills necessary to enhance overall operations. 

Your team of Design Consultants will be provided the highest qualified appointment opportunities which contributes to our Design Consultants having the highest closing rates in the In-Home Sales industry.  100% of appointments are set based on customers reaching out to us, not us cold calling them.  This makes for a customer that has both urgency and desire for the interaction as soon as the Design Consultant arrives at the home.  Additionally, this team will be supported by tenured and experienced personnel at our home office in Phoenix that can navigate any issues that might arise to make it easier for the Sales organization to focus on their primary objective…creating more sales at maximum profitability.  These key factors clearly result in a happier and more satisfied Sales associate therefore resulting in less turnover as well as retaining higher skilled and tenured representatives. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1.       Achieve and surpass company sales goals and revenue objectives.

2.       Increase sales and dollars by emphasizing sales practices.

3.       Conduct monthly motivational sales and training meetings.

4.       Directly supervise all Design Consultants to ensure goal attainment is achieved.

5.       Sales manager must be available while the Design Consultants are in the home to assist with the sale process.

6.       Distribute appointments to the most capable Design Consultant to maximize the profitability of each appointment.

7.       Rehash all pitch and misses from Design Consultants.

8.       Address all cancel/save opportunities

9.       Perform reselections when needed.

10.   Lead the Express Flooring team to maximum profit and to achieve company goals.  

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or proven track record with work experience.

IN HOME SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Computer proficiency with Microsoft office

Ability to meet deadlines and operate under pressure

Knowledge of principles and practice of employee supervision including assigning, monitoring, work evaluation, hiring, training, counseling, and disciplining

Knowledge of in-home sales tactics and principals

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing

Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with company employees, board and providers

Able to use sound business judgment and enact strong business ethics

Ability to deliver creative and innovative ideas
