We are seeking an energetic and experienced after-school art instructor to join our team! If youre looking for rewarding, fun part time work that helps students catch up and develop a love of learning, read on! Eager Enrichment provides you with all the supplies, training, and curriculum to help you create a welcoming learning environment and provide students with the tools they need to reach their full potential. We use top of the line supplies like Prismacolor Markers, Sculpey Clay, Faber-Castell Watercolors and more. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, loves art, and has a passion for teaching!

This is part time, afternoon work. Classes run in the elementary schools, after school, for one hour, once a day. If you are looking for more than 3 hours a week, this job is not for you. Classes begin mid-January and go through May, with school holidays like Spring Break and Presidents Day off. We're a high profile, top quality, professional position and prefer folks working on/ with a college degree & 1-2+ years experience working with children. Locations & Times
We need you available at these times and locations:

• Avon: Tuesday & Thursday at 3:30pm & Wednesdays at 2:15pm. Classes begin mid-January 2024.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience teaching is preferred, but not required
• Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior art experience is great, but if you just love art, thats fine!
• Must own a Mobile Phone for online scheduling/messaging
• Acceptable BCI/FBI background check (done at our expense)
