We are seeking an energetic and experienced after-school instructor to join our team! If you’re looking for rewarding, fun part time work that helps students catch up and develop a love of learning, read on! Eager Enrichment provides you with all the supplies, training, and curriculum to help you create a welcoming learning environment and provide students with the tools they need to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, and has a passion for teaching!

This is part time, afternoon work. Classes run the elementary school, after school, for one hour, once a day. If you are looking for more than 1 hour a week, this job is not for you. Classes begin the first week of April and go through May. We're a high profile, top quality, professional position and prefer folks working on/ with a college degree & 1-2+ years’ experience working with children. Want to become a full time teacher in a school? We've have helped place 19 staff into full-time teaching positions!

Locations & Times

We need you available at this time and location:

Upper Arlington: Thursday at 2:45pm. Classes begin April 2024.

Qualifications:

Previous experience teaching is preferred, but not required

Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Acceptable BCI/FBI background check (done at our expense)
