Job Description

THIS IS A 100% REMOTE POSITION. Eagle Aerial Solutions is seeking an experienced water professional responsible for assisting our water utility clients with an online water efficiency tool, managing client relationships, and tracking incoming data. We currently have employees in California, Arizona, Oregon and Colorado.

OTHER ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Performs detailed tracking of incoming client data and correspondence

• Tracks and analyzes relevant legislation

• Participates in staff meetings and discussions on water efficiency and client experience improvement

• Administers one-on-one client meetings and performs online training sessions

• Assists in special projects

• Performs administrative responsibilities such as taking detailed notes during meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing files

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in water conservation or for a water utility is a requirement

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Excellent writing and customer service experience

• Knowledge of California's water efficiency legislation SB606 and AB1668 is a plus

• Excel knowledge required

• Data management experience is a plus

• Microsoft Office

Eagle Aerial also offers mapping analytics services and remote sensing capabilities, including change detection of structures and surface conditions over time using engineering accuracy ortho-imagery across the United States. For the last 4 years our primary focus has been on serving water conservation departments in California and helping them comply with new statewide legislation passed in 2018.
