Eagle Creek Golf and Country Club is a small, private gated community and currently seeking a professional Administrative Assistant to join our team for immediate start.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Warmly greets and acknowledges members and guests by name upon arrival
• Follows all safety and sanitation policies
• Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members
• Attends all scheduled employee meeting and brings suggestions for improvement
• Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction, and ensure that any guest complaints and comments are reported to management
• Answers incoming telephone calls determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel of department
• Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
• Responsible for scheduling reservations
• Ensure an efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with guest expectations ensuring an exceptional level of service is always maintained
• Must help assist in depositing checks
• Assist Membership and Marketing Director is in creating files
• As a hostess is responsible for directing members to assigned tables
• Receives, sorts, and routes mail; maintains and routes publications
• Any other duties as directed by the Food & Beverage Manager or other member of the management team
• Creates and prints fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Must be a team player, possess a positive attitude and follow ECGCC core values

EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS USED Some of the materials used for this position include but are not limited to the following. Copy machine, fax machine, telephone, computer. Individual must have knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Work, and Microsoft Publisher.
