    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

     

    • Manage the demands of a cross-functional, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment within in the digital marketing & eCommerce group. She/he partners with internal teams and external vendors to successfully translate the business strategy to the ecommerce channel, satisfying the financial, technological, and operational demands of the business.

    • You will create, implement and manage the life cycle of online product assortments across multiple brand stores.  In this role you will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders, the successful candidate will draw on their extensive assortment and promotional planning experienceB2C ecommerce, robust analytical acumen, and excellent communication skills to plan and manage online assortments, seasonal promotional campaigns and product launches.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Lead assortment planning and life cycle management of all online brands.  This includes managing handset assortment by tier (Tier 1-2-3), handset pricing for regular, promotional and clearance sales, MDF implementation to support OEM campaigns and handset transitions by season (lifecycle management).  Deep working knowledge of category management concepts including Weeks of Supply, Inventory Turn, EOL Liquidation, Margin Management and Promotional Markdown Planning.

    • Promotions/Event planning: develop and implement annual marketing calendar in coordination with Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Sales Channels and Finance (Demand Planning).  Regularly communicates with key OEM’s to secure funding for promotions and sell-through campaigns.

    • Analyzes all sales and activation results (current and historical) to continually refine and enhance the go-to-market sales strategy to meet and exceed performance goals.

    • Recommend changes to Demand Generation tactics based on deep analytics of business results.

     

     

     

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 5+ years of merchandising and category management (retail or ecommerce).
    • 1-3 years’ experience in promotional planning and analytics.
    • 1-3 years’ experience in new product development and lifecycle management.
    • Experience in roles requiring data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration
    • Strong ecommerce background
    • Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and determine improvements.
    • Microsoft Office, Advanced Microsoft Excel.
    • Results driven professional
    • Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Understands how to work with sales goals/metrics
    • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast paced environment

    REQUIRED EDUCATION

    • Related Associates (or a relevant current industry license or certification) and 4000 occupational/industry hours within 7 years
    • OR bachelor's or master's with 18 discipline related credits and 2000 occupational/industry hours within 7 years 
    • OR AutoDesk Users Certification

     

     

    RELATED DEGREE, CREDENTIAL, AND/OR OCCUPATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN: Architectural Engineering, Architecture (design, drafting), Engineering, Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Computer Science (Engineering), Construction, Construction Management, Building Science, CAD, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, Multimedia Graphic Design.
