Xavier University’s College of Professional Sciences is currently seeking a temporary, part-time (10 hours/week) Administrative Assistant II for the Radiologic Technology Program. This position provides daily administrative and clerical support associated with the efficient operation of the office in support of the functions of the Program Director. The ideal candidate looks forward to new challenges and finds satisfaction in dealing with both daily tasks and emerging enhancement of the Program.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position involves day-to-day office management. This may include corresponding with students, other departments, faculty, and external communications as well as identifying and resolving issues that may arise for students and faculty. Some other duties include budget management, maintenance of student records, course scheduling, and assistance with field placement.
THIS POSITION WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR UPDATING THE PROGRAM WEB SITE, ASSISTING WITH ASSESSMENT AND ACCREDITATION REQUIREMENTS, AND FOLLOW-UP WITH PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS THROUGH ENROLLMENT SERVICES.
