We are currently expanding our team and are seeking a REMOTE- .NET Web Form Senior Developer with development lead experience to join our software development production team that support a suite of government business web applications. This position is fully remote. Our production software team focuses on ensuring the web applications run with good performance, minimal defects and issues, with maximum uptime. The team develops software updates to support these goals and also develops changes to extend, or modify existing functionality. The team supports the following technologies: .NET Framework 4.8x, JavaScript jQuery, C# ASP.Net Web Forms, .NET Core 7.x, C# Web API, Vue.js JavaScript Framework, and SQL Server databases. Development methodology follows agile Kanban development processes utilizing Microsoft DevOps. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties as well as possess the following education and experience:

• Application maintenance, production support, and enhancement development on web-based business applications
• Ability to perform required functions and duties utilizing the following tools: Visual Studio Enterprise, Visual Studio Code, SQL Enterprise Manager, and GIT
• Possess experience in utilizing .NET Framework Web Forms and Web. API using C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server stored procedures
• Take initiative in complex problem-solving situations, troubleshooting intricate software issues, and devising solutions
• Experience leading and directing a development team
• Identify and document technical requirements by working with business users
• Establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations
• Communicates clearly and concisely
• Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, ability to multitask

Required Education:

• BS or BA degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, business, or information systems or related field
• ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An AS or AA degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, business, or information systems and four (4) years of overall experience plus the amount of detailed experience that matches the experience/training requirement for this position; or Eight (8) years of overall experience plus the amount of detailed experience that matches the experience/training requirement for this position, may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.

Required Experience:

• Eight (8) years of development experience utilizing the specified technologies
• Two (2) years of experience leading developers

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
