We were founded in 1990 and since our establishment we have been providing cutting edge solutions and support to our warfighters. We understand and provide expert consultation on network and weapons systems acquisition programs, maintenance/modernization programs, and sustainment programs.

We are currently seeking a Project Management Analyst to support our customer in Newport, Rhode Island. THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD. The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Provide Project Management support services to NUWC Newport
• Develop project management plans
• Define project scope and forecast budget
• Establish and track project milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs
• Establish and manage personnel resource requirements across multiple projects
• Develop and publish project reports
• Support technical leads with the definition of project scope and objectives
• Schedule and attend team meetings
• Record and track action items
• Propose improvements to Integrated Master Schedule process
• Store and retrieve documents from SharePoint

REQUIRED EDUCATION: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years relevant experience

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with managing Navy projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent written skills
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point, Outlook)
